Pecle Investment was founded in Thika Town in 2014 by a team that understood one thing deeply: property ownership should be rewarding, not exhausting. We watched landlords chase tenants for rent, deal with unpaid utilities, and manage endless maintenance headaches — with no professional support.
We stepped in to change that. Starting with a handful of residential units in Thika’s growing estates, we built a system designed around accountability, transparency, and results. Word spread fast. Landlords who once dreaded their own properties started calling them their best investments.
Today, we manage over 500 units across Thika Town and the surrounding area — from single-bedroom apartments to large multi-unit residential blocks. Our team is local, experienced, and genuinely passionate about what we do.
